About the role
We are seeking an enthusiastic Duty Manager to oversee daily operations at our premium lakeside boutique hotel in Skardu. The role combines front‑office leadership with hands‑on involvement across housekeeping and guest services, ensuring every guest enjoys a memorable stay.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise front‑desk activities including check‑ins, check‑outs and reservations.
- Coordinate with housekeeping to guarantee room readiness and cleanliness standards.
- Maintain high levels of guest service, manage service recovery and monitor satisfaction.
- Handle guest inquiries and operational challenges promptly and professionally.
- Ensure smooth inter‑departmental communication and overall hotel operations.
Required profile
- Proven experience in hotel operations, front‑office supervision or guest relations.
- Strong communication, problem‑solving and guest‑relations abilities.
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management preferred.
- Fluent English.
Required skills
- Familiarity with hotel Property Management System (PMS) for reservations and billing.
