About the role
Institute Cosmetique is hiring an experienced E-Commerce Manager to lead and grow its online business. The role suits someone with expertise in e-commerce platforms, digital sales and online store management.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and optimise the company's e-commerce website and online marketplaces
- Develop strategies to increase online sales, traffic and conversions
- Monitor product listings, pricing, inventory and promotional campaigns
- Analyse website performance, customer behaviour and sales reports
- Coordinate with the marketing, design and operations teams
- Ensure a seamless online shopping experience for customers
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in E-Commerce Management
- Experience in the skincare, beauty, healthcare or retail industry is preferred
Required skills
- Hands-on experience with Shopify, WooCommerce or other e-commerce platforms
- Digital marketing, SEO and online merchandising
- Analytical, leadership and communication skills
