E-Commerce Operations Intern

About the role

We are looking for a proactive, tech-savvy E-Commerce Operations Intern to join our remote team for a six-month, full-time internship. You will work across major online marketplaces such as Temu, Amazon, eBay and Etsy, gaining hands-on experience in product customization, design preparation and multi-channel listing management.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, edit and format design files for customized products on Temu and Amazon.
• Create, update and maintain product content, attributes, variant matrices and catalog data across Temu, Amazon, eBay and Etsy.
• Explore and implement AI-based tools and workflow improvements to automate repetitive e-commerce tasks.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in or holding a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Artificial Intelligence, IT, Software Engineering, Computer Science or a related technical field.
• Available to work full-time remotely for up to six months.
• Reliable high-speed internet connection, power backup and a dedicated computer or laptop.

Required skills

• Familiarity with AI tools and the ability to build simple automation solutions.
• Basic proficiency with visual editing software such as Photoshop, Canva or Illustrator.
