E-Commerce Project Manager – Remote

About the role

We are seeking an experienced E‑Commerce Project Manager to lead our Amazon and eBay operations remotely. You will coordinate workflows through our ERP system and guide a team of over ten staff members to ensure high‑quality performance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage product listings, daily operations, and performance metrics on Amazon and eBay.
• Coordinate tasks and workflows through the company ERP system.
• Supervise and lead a team of 10+ employees, assigning tasks and monitoring progress.
• Enforce quality‑control standards to minimize errors and ensure timely, accurate task completion.
• Identify and resolve operational issues that affect workflow efficiency.
• Leverage AI tools and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) to improve reporting and process automation.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience working with Amazon and eBay marketplaces.
• Proven experience using ERP systems.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and lead teams of 10+ members.
• Strong attention to detail and quality‑control experience.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Urdu.
• Ability to work independently, multitask, and solve problems.
