About the role

TalentPop is seeking a motivated E-Commerce Sales Outreach Specialist to drive revenue growth by re‑engaging customers, recovering abandoned carts, and supporting buyers throughout their journey. This remote position focuses on converting conversations into sales through email, SMS, and live chat.

Key responsibilities

• Reach out to potential customers to recover abandoned carts and close sales.
• Provide personalized product recommendations and guide buyers toward optimal solutions.
• Engage customers proactively via email, SMS, and live chat.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and troubleshoot issues efficiently.
• Collaborate with internal teams to refine outreach strategies and achieve sales targets.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of remote/online sales and customer support experience.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience via phone, email, or chat (e‑commerce experience a plus).
• Strong persuasive communication skills with a natural ability to convert leads.
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced remote environment.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Shopify.
• Experience using CRM tools.
• Knowledge of customer engagement platforms.
