eBay Account Manager – Marketplace Growth

About the role

Elevonics is seeking a detail‑oriented eBay Account Manager to drive growth and maintain the health of eBay seller accounts. You will work on‑site in Lahore, optimizing listings, managing inventory, and ensuring compliance while contributing to the company’s fast‑scaling eCommerce operations.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day operations of eBay seller accounts.
• Create, optimize and maintain product listings to boost visibility and conversions.
• Conduct product and market research to identify profitable opportunities.
• Monitor performance metrics and implement strategies to increase sales.
• Manage inventory levels and coordinate stock updates.
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, returns and dispute resolution.
• Ensure compliance with eBay policies and maintain overall account health.
• Analyze sales reports to uncover growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to execute account‑growth initiatives.
• Stay updated on eBay trends, policy changes and best practices.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing eBay seller accounts.
• Strong understanding of eBay Seller Hub and marketplace operations.
• Experience with product listing optimization and keyword research.
• Knowledge of inventory management and order processing.
• Analytical mindset with problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet performance targets.
