About the role

Digi Code is seeking an experienced Ebook Sales Representative to join our Karachi team on a night‑shift schedule. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on driving ebook sales, delivering top‑notch customer service, and maintaining an up‑to‑date digital catalogue.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end ebook sales and achieve assigned targets.
• Provide excellent customer support and guide clients through ebook platforms.
• Organise, update, and maintain the ebook catalogue and related customer records.
• Identify and propose improvements to the sales process and catalogue presentation.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations during night‑shift hours.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in digital or ebook environments.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Knowledge of online distribution channels and digital platforms.
• Basic understanding of marketing principles.
• Results‑driven mindset with attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.
• Fluent in written and spoken English; local language skills are a plus.
• Adaptable to a fast‑paced, night‑shift work environment.
