Electrical Engineer – Maintenance & Facility Management

About the role

The Electrical Engineer will lead routine electrical maintenance for AIK/ACK buildings, ensuring safe and efficient operation of all electrical systems. This position involves supervising a team, managing inventories, and overseeing construction projects related to electrical works.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily electrical maintenance activities and assign tasks to the team.
• Maintain duty rosters, ensure 24/7 team availability, and keep detailed records of maintenance work and electrical installations.
• Prepare and obtain approval for inspection plans, update electrical drawings, and manage material stores in line with ERP balances.
• Plan and monitor electrical aspects of construction projects, including HVAC, and report any discrepancies promptly.
• Conduct solar system maintenance and troubleshooting.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of post‑qualification experience in electrical maintenance, building services, or facility management.
• BS/BE in Electrical Engineering (B.Tech Electrical acceptable) from a recognized institution.
