Email Marketing Assistant (Remote)

About the role

TalentPop App is looking for a proactive Email Marketing Assistant to design and execute email campaigns that boost brand awareness, generate leads, and drive conversions. This fully remote position offers the chance to work closely with a creative marketing team and shape the company’s digital communication strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, schedule, and launch email campaigns aligned with brand and conversion goals.
• Write compelling copy and create visually engaging email designs tailored to target audiences.
• Monitor campaign performance using email analytics tools and recommend optimizations.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure consistent messaging across all customer touchpoints.
• Stay updated on email marketing best practices, tools, and industry trends.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of hands‑on experience managing email campaigns.
• Familiarity with email marketing platforms such as Klaviyo or Mailchimp.
• Strong writing and editing abilities with a knack for engaging content.
• Detail‑oriented, analytical, and proactive mindset.
