Employer Branding & Operations Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an Employer Branding & Operations Specialist to shape the employee experience and position Nectar Social as a top technology employer in Pakistan. This hybrid role blends employer branding, employee engagement, recruitment marketing, and people operations, working closely with local talent and operations leaders while aligning with global brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute Nectar Social’s employer branding strategy for the Pakistani market.
• Increase awareness of Nectar as a leading tech employer through targeted campaigns.
• Create and curate content that showcases company culture, employee stories, office life, events, and career opportunities.
• Coordinate employee spotlights, team features, and behind‑the‑scenes material across LinkedIn, Instagram, university networks, and recruitment channels.
• Maintain an employer‑branding calendar covering recruitment drives, milestones, events, and announcements.
• Collaborate with internal design, marketing, talent acquisition, and leadership teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.

Required profile

• Proven experience in employer branding, marketing, communications, people operations, or employee engagement.
• Highly organized, creative, and comfortable working across multiple departments.
• Ability to translate ideas into structured, scalable programs.
• Strong collaboration skills with both local and global stakeholders.
