English Teacher – Full‑time On‑site

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated English Teacher to join our school on a full‑time, on‑site basis. The successful candidate will deliver engaging lessons in literature, reading comprehension, grammar and writing, fostering a supportive environment that encourages student growth.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards.
• Teach English literature, reading comprehension, grammar, and writing skills.
• Create a positive classroom atmosphere that motivates learners.
• Evaluate student progress through assignments, tests and examinations.
• Provide constructive feedback and individualized support.
• Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades and disciplinary matters.
• Communicate regularly with students, parents and colleagues about performance and concerns.
• Participate in staff meetings, professional development sessions and parent‑teacher conferences.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of proven experience teaching English.
• Bachelor’s degree in English, Education or a related field.
• Valid teaching certification or license.
• Strong knowledge of English language and literature.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to adapt instruction to diverse learning styles.
• Organizational and classroom‑management competence.
• Passion for fostering a positive educational environment.
