About the role

We are looking for an English‑speaking Customer Service Agent to join our on‑site team in Lahore. The position is full‑time and requires night‑shift availability to handle inbound inquiries via phone, email, and chat. You will be the first point of contact, ensuring customers receive prompt, accurate, and courteous assistance.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries in English across phone, email, and chat channels.
• Provide product and service information, troubleshoot issues, and resolve complaints.
• Document all interactions in the company’s support system following established procedures.
• Escalate complex cases to supervisors and share feedback for continuous improvement.
• Meet performance targets related to response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Customer Service Representative or in a call‑center environment.
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills suitable for night‑shift contact.
• Reliability in shift‑based schedules and ability to work on‑site in Lahore.
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education in communications or business is a plus.
