About the role

This full‑time, on‑site position in Lahore involves providing English‑language support for a cab service during the night shift. The agent will handle customer inquiries related to bookings, schedule changes, and service issues through phone, chat, or other communication channels.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries about cab bookings, changes, and cancellations.
• Enter accurate booking information into the system and monitor ongoing rides.
• Coordinate with drivers when necessary and proactively resolve customer concerns.
• Follow established procedures and adhere to night‑shift schedules.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet performance and satisfaction targets.

Required profile

• Strong English communication skills, both spoken and written.
• Customer‑service mindset with active listening, empathy, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with call‑handling or booking platforms.
