Entry-Level Financial Analyst (Night Shift)

About the role

Novatech Solutions, a backend operations and analytics firm serving US-based telecom and logistics companies, is hiring an entry-level Financial Analyst for its night-shift operations team in Phase 8, Bahria Town, Rawalpindi. The analyst performs daily cash and bank reconciliations for retail operations alongside tracking and bookkeeping for shipping workflows. The position is full-time, 100% on-site, and pays a market-competitive starting salary of PKR 40,000 to 60,000 per month, with performance-based bonuses.

Key responsibilities

• Reconcile daily bank statements and physical cash collections across retail stores against ERP system logs.
• Identify, investigate and flag discrepancies between POS register closures, bank deposits and accounting software records.
• Maintain daily register logs, audit trails and financial summaries for senior management review.
• Track order statuses (In Transit, Delivered, Delayed, Returned) via carrier and logistics portals.
• Update internal shipping master sheets and inventory trackers with real-time delivery data.
• Assist with operational bookkeeping so logistics expenses and shipment logs match partner invoices.

Required profile

• Attention to detail with numbers and high-volume data entry.
• Clear written English for reporting, discrepancy documentation and client coordination.
• Reliable, disciplined and able to maintain performance through the night shift.

Required skills

• Microsoft Excel (data entry, basic formulas, sorting, tabular management).
• General numerical comfort.
