Environment, Health and Safety Manager

About the role

We are looking for a results‑driven Environment, Health and Safety (HSE) Manager to lead the implementation and continuous improvement of our HSE management system. The successful candidate will combine strong technical expertise with proven leadership to embed safety into daily operations across our oil & gas facilities.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and monitor the company’s HSE policies, standards and systems.
• Promote an HSE culture and ensure compliance with OSHA and other regulatory requirements.
• Analyse HSE performance data and report findings to senior management.
• Conduct site inspections, audits and thorough incident investigations.
• Oversee risk assessments, Job Safety Analyses (JSA), Incident and Emergency Evaluations (IEE) and waste‑management compliance.
• Support emergency preparedness, training programmes and continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Assist HR in recruiting, training and developing HSE personnel.
• Ensure alignment of HSE practices with quality and overall company systems.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 15 years of HSE experience in the oil & gas industry.
