Lab Operations Manager

About the role

ReckittHome is seeking a proactive Lab Operations Manager to lead quality control (QC) activities across its laboratories and manufacturing sites. The role will ensure compliance with regulatory standards, drive continuous improvement, and support new product development and technology transfer projects.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee quality compliance in laboratories and at the F-14 & F-18 Mauripur factories.
• Manage NPD, EPD, tech‑transfer, cost‑saving initiatives and laboratory resource updates.
• Maintain and renew GMP certifications, including ISO 17025, ISO 22716 and ISO 9001.
• Communicate KPI results to management and align QC objectives with regional and global goals.
• Ensure QC procedures meet DRAP, RB GLP and internal quality management system requirements.
• Lead a team of QC staff, handling performance appraisals, staffing levels and delegation of authority.
• Act as technical manager for ISO 17025 and support other GMP certification processes.

Required profile

• Experience in laboratory quality management within a regulated environment.
• Strong knowledge of GMP, ISO standards and regulatory compliance (DRAP, RB GLP).
• Ability to coordinate with cross‑functional teams such as HME, M&E, supply and commercial.
• Excellent communication skills for reporting to senior management.
