EPM Consultant

About the role

MS Advisory is hiring an EPM Consultant based in Islamabad to support enterprise performance management initiatives for its clients. The consultant helps organizations improve planning, budgeting, forecasting and management reporting by working with stakeholders to turn their needs into practical system designs and supporting delivery from analysis through implementation.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and document planning, forecasting, reporting and consolidation requirements with finance and operational stakeholders.
• Analyze existing processes and recommend improvements for accuracy, efficiency and better business insight.
• Configure and maintain EPM models, dimensions, workflows, calculations and reports according to approved designs.
• Support data integration, validation, reconciliation and troubleshooting across source systems and EPM applications.
• Prepare functional documentation, test cases and user guidance, coordinate user acceptance testing and resolve issues.
• Assist with implementation planning, deployment, training and post-go-live support, communicating progress and risks clearly.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in EPM / CPM, financial systems, BI or ERP finance implementation or support; a technical background is helpful.
• Hands-on experience with at least one EPM or planning/consolidation platform such as Oracle EPM Cloud, Hyperion, Tagetik, OneStream, Anaplan, SAP BPC, Board or similar.
• Understanding of core finance processes: budgeting, forecasting, consolidation and financial reporting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, willingness to learn new platforms and take on training or certification.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of SQL and relational data concepts (ETL, data tables).
• Building and maintaining models, dimensions, calculation logic, forms, reports, workflows and security.
• Developing data integrations between EPM platforms and ERP or source systems.

What we offer

• Salary of PKR 250,000 to 400,000 per month.
