Executive Internal Audit

About the role
The Executive Internal Audit professional will support the audit function by helping to design, execute and monitor risk‑based audit activities across the organization. This role reports to senior management and plays a key part in strengthening internal controls and governance.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in finalising the Annual Risk‑Based Internal Audit Plan.
- Conduct audit assignments in line with the approved plan.
- Facilitate functional departments in developing SOPs, policies and control documents.
- Assess and evaluate internal controls, recommending remedial measures.
- Prepare draft audit reports with suggested action plans for review.
- Maintain periodic follow‑ups on agreed action plans.
- Perform special assignments as directed by senior management.
Required profile
- 2 to 4 years of experience in internal audit or compliance.
- Professional qualifications such as ACCA, ACMA, CA (Finalist), MBA with CIA/CISA.
- Knowledge of internal audit processes and risk‑based methodologies.
- Experience in drafting audit reports.
