About the role

CreativeFlic, a YouTube as a Service agency, is seeking a creative Social Media Creator to grow its Instagram and LinkedIn presence and build the CEO’s personal brand.

Key responsibilities

• Grow Instagram with a local audience and build a brand that attracts top talent.
• Expand LinkedIn presence to reach and win potential clients.
• Create and post Reels, stories, carousels, and behind‑the‑scenes content.
• Plan, shoot, and edit content featuring the CEO, team, and yourself on camera.
• Spot trends early and turn them into fun, on‑brand ideas.
• Track views, reach, and follower growth to continuously improve posts.

Required profile

• Public Instagram account showcasing your own created content.
• Comfortable on camera and confident directing others.
• Own a decent smartphone for quick shooting (Sony camera provided for planned shoots).
• Super creative, expressive, and full of ideas.
• Strong communication skills in English and Urdu.

Required skills

• Basic shooting and editing skills.
• Experience with CapCut, Canva, or similar tools.
• Ability to create Reels, stories, carousels, and behind‑the‑scenes videos.
