Executive Network Operations (CTX) – Faisalabad

About the role

The Executive Network Operations position is responsible for ensuring business continuity of PTCL's OFAN network in the urban area of Faisalabad. You will manage a portfolio of 300 MSAGs serving high‑value customers, overseeing both network performance and customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and maintain urban OFAN MSAGs to improve network availability, CHI and customer experience.
• Ensure HSE compliance for team and system safety.
• Guarantee uninterrupted 24/7 power supply through PDG deployment, WAPDA issue resolution and DC backup enhancement.
• Monitor network, perform fault analysis, troubleshoot and rectify issues.
• Enhance battery backup, implement theft‑protection measures, and manage preventive & corrective maintenance.
• Maintain power protection arrangements (earthing, switching devices) and report to QA for health checks and PAT.

Required profile

• BE/BS Engineering degree in Telecommunication, Electrical, Electronics, Computer Science, Communication, Power or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
• Technical savviness with a strong understanding of telecom operations.
