Executive Planning & Ops Support

About the role

The Executive Planning & Ops Support role is responsible for maintaining key performance indicators and driving operational excellence across PTCL's copper and fiber networks. You will lead maintenance projects, ensure high‑quality installations, and reduce customer complaints by addressing core issues.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain KPIs such as MTTR, MTTP, CHI and installation quality while achieving conversion targets.
• Execute maintenance projects on time to improve network performance.
• Ensure installations meet SLAs and have zero pendency.
• Identify and implement preventive maintenance for copper and fiber networks.
• Maintain accurate mapping of network infrastructure.
• Promote health, safety and environment (HSE) compliance to reduce accidents among field workers and vendors.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronic, Telecommunication or Computer Engineering.
• 2‑3 years of relevant experience in network operations or related fields.
• Technical competency in network operations & management, electrical/electronics/telecommunication engineering, and HSE practices.
