Executive PMO

About the role

The Executive PMO will lead end‑to‑end delivery of regional engineering projects, ensuring they meet schedule, quality and budget targets. Reporting to the Deputy Director of Engineering – North, this role coordinates cross‑functional teams and drives KPI achievement across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Own planning, execution, tracking and reporting of regional and sub‑regional projects.
• Develop, monitor and maintain KPIs and KCIs in partnership with senior engineering leadership.
• Coordinate with HQ functions (O&M, NP, NC, Cost Control) and sub‑regions to resolve issues and align on goals.
• Identify support needs, ensure compliance, and drive successful KPI outcomes.
• Evaluate ongoing and planned engineering projects for quality, consistency and commercial alignment.
• Maintain project dashboards, databases and highlight risks, delays and improvement opportunities.
• Assist in risk identification, mitigation planning and issue resolution.
• Enhance communication across departments, sub‑regions and vendors.
• Conduct quality audits and ensure equipment/services meet defined standards.
• Support OPEX/CAPEX tracking and cost control to keep projects within budget.

Required profile

• Bachelor of Science/Engineering in Electronics, Electrical, Telecom or Computer Science.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in project management or engineering.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and analytical abilities.
• Proven project planning and problem‑solving skills.
