Executive / Senior Executive – Executive Search

About the role

Career141 – Executive Search is looking for an experienced Executive or Senior Executive to lead end‑to‑end executive search assignments for a variety of clients across multiple industries. You will work remotely, partnering with senior stakeholders to identify, engage and place top‑level talent.

Key responsibilities

• Manage multiple executive search projects independently, from brief to placement.
• Design and execute customized search strategies aligned with client structures and hiring goals.
• Conduct talent mapping, market intelligence and salary benchmarking for local and international markets.
• Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques, job boards and professional networks.
• Perform competency‑based interviews, assess leadership capabilities and ensure a confidential candidate experience.
• Present shortlisted candidates with detailed assessments and market insights.
• Facilitate salary negotiations, manage offer processes and support onboarding.
• Maintain accurate records in the ATS and continuously update market knowledge.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or professional qualification in Human Resources, Business Management, Marketing, Psychology or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in executive search, recruitment, talent acquisition, headhunting or business development.
• Proven ability to manage senior‑level assignments across diverse sectors.

• Competitive salary PKR 80,000 – 120,000 per month.
• Quarterly performance incentive PKR 250,000 – 600,000.
