Executive Solutions & Project Management (Pre‑Sales)

About the role

The Pre‑Sales Executive will bridge customer needs with technical solutions, driving revenue for the corporate sales team. This position requires deep knowledge of fixed and mobility telecom products and ownership of feasibility studies, solution design, and post‑sale support.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end feasibility assessments and design solutions for DIA, DPLC/IPLC, SIP Trunking, PRI, VPBX, CBS, BVM, SD‑WAN, MPLS and IoT projects.
• Prepare technical BOQs, solution documents and network diagrams to support sales pursuits.
• Identify and resolve RF/network coverage gaps, managing in‑building solutions such as COW, micro‑sites and repeaters.
• Conduct technical training for the corporate sales team and support bulk SMS campaign planning.
• Coordinate project execution with vendors, product, sales, and internal support teams, ensuring on‑time delivery.
• Monitor network performance KPIs, manage outages and provide post‑sales technical support to maintain client satisfaction.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Engineering or related field.
• 2–3 years of hands‑on experience in pre‑sales, solution design or technical sales within telecom/ICT.
• Strong communication, presentation and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Customer‑centric mindset with high attention to detail.
