Executive, Supply

About the role

We are looking for an Executive, Supply to manage our rider hubs in Karachi. You will lead recruitment, training and day‑to‑day operations to ensure a smooth delivery service.

Key responsibilities

• Manage assigned hubs and oversee rider recruitment in the city.
• Meet monthly acquisition targets to fill supply gaps and maintain operational efficiency.
• Explore and develop new acquisition channels.
• Design and deliver training programs for recruited riders.
• Lead and support a team of riders, handling queries and concerns.
• Optimize delivery operations for efficiency and timely service.
• Maintain rider inventory and ensure resources meet demand.
• Gather rider feedback and continuously improve operations.
• Foster engagement with riders and partners across the city.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience in rider recruitment or similar logistics role.
• Bias for action in a fast‑paced environment.
• Process‑oriented problem‑solving approach.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects concurrently.
• High integrity, strong work ethic and team player attitude.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in Logistics or a related field.
