About the role
AJ BPO is seeking a dynamic HR Executive or Assistant Manager to lead talent acquisition and employee engagement in a fast‑paced call‑center environment. You will play a pivotal role in building a high‑performing workforce that supports the company’s rapid growth.
Key responsibilities
- End‑to‑End Recruitment: source, screen, and hire agents and support staff to meet strict ramp‑up timelines.
- Employee Engagement: design and implement retention initiatives and foster a positive workplace culture.
- HR Operations: manage onboarding, performance tracking, grievance handling, and daily administrative tasks.
- Compliance: ensure all HR practices adhere to company policies and local labor laws.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of HR experience in a BPO or call‑center setting.
- Proven ability to handle high‑volume recruitment and bulk hiring.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly organized, resilient, and able to meet tight deadlines.
