About the role
We are seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to join our growing team. You will focus on sourcing and placing qualified IT and technical professionals using LinkedIn Recruiter and advanced Boolean search techniques.
Key responsibilities
- Source and recruit qualified candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search.
- Conduct outreach via LinkedIn, email, and phone.
- Screen and interview candidates to evaluate skills and experience.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to placement.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Build and nurture talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience in technical recruitment.
- Strong proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search.
- Experience recruiting for IT and technical positions.
- Excellent English communication and interviewing skills.
- Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously.
- Self‑motivated, target‑oriented, and results‑driven.
