Expert Enterprise Architect

About the role

Jazz is seeking an Expert Enterprise Architect to lead the design, planning and governance of its Digital BSS platforms as the company transitions from a traditional communications provider to a multi‑vertical digital service provider. You will shape the future architecture, ensure reliability and performance, and drive the adoption of emerging technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to the IT transformation program aligning technology with Jazz’s new digital strategy.
• Design and maintain architecture blueprints for Digital BSS, covering CRM, middleware, product catalogue, charging and billing systems.
• Lead architecture forums to validate new projects, programs and change requests against standards.
• Run RFI/RFP/RFQ processes to select cost‑effective solution partners.
• Drive design changes for upcoming launches such as 5G‑NSA and MVNO services.
• Introduce AI, API Management, event‑stream processing and cloud‑native micro‑services into the ecosystem.
• Mitigate risks and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to quality standards.

Required profile

• 5‑6 years of experience in software engineering, DevOps, cloud operations or platform support.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
• Strong understanding of BSS business processes and telecom operator strategies.
• Proven ability to bridge current and future business needs through architectural solutions.
