Expert Receivable Management

About the role

The Expert Receivable Management professional joins a 7‑member team responsible for handling trade debts, reconciliations and receipt recording for Jazz and its subsidiaries. Reporting to the Manager Receivable Management, the role ensures accurate monthly closing, compliance with accounting standards and SOX controls.

Key responsibilities

• Independently manage daily and monthly receivable/payable activities and related reporting.
• Prepare variance analysis of receivables versus budget and prior periods.
• Handle billing, invoicing, settlements and follow‑ups on overdue debts.
• Maintain receipt entries in Oracle Financials (AR module) and generate reports.
• Ensure SOX compliance through proper documentation and reporting.
• Produce post‑closing analyses and quality‑assurance reports for senior management.
• Prepare audit schedules and support auditors during inquiries.
• Coordinate with finance and non‑finance stakeholders to resolve queries promptly.
• Identify and support end‑to‑end process improvement initiatives.
• Deliver services in line with agreed SLAs and KPIs, ensuring timely monthly financial close.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting and finance, preferably in the telecom sector.
• Strong understanding of financial accounting, closing processes and billing settlements.
