Export Business Development Manager

About the role

The Export Business Development Manager will lead the company’s international sales initiatives, expanding its presence in global FMCG and food‑beverage markets. This senior role requires a strategic mindset to identify new opportunities and build lasting relationships with overseas partners.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute export sales strategies to achieve growth targets.
• Identify and cultivate new international markets, distributors, and business partners.
• Manage and strengthen relationships with overseas customers and key accounts.
• Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and contracts with international clients.
• Coordinate with production, supply chain, and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Monitor global market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and export documentation requirements.
• Achieve export sales targets and prepare regular forecasts and performance reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 6–7 years of experience in export sales or business development within FMCG or food‑beverage manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of international markets, export procedures, and trade regulations.
• Proven track record of developing export markets and meeting sales targets.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship‑management skills.
• Willingness to travel internationally as required.
