Facility Manager – Real Estate & Operations

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Facility Manager to lead real‑estate and asset operations for foodpanda’s Lahore market. The role will oversee the full lifecycle of dark‑store sites, from acquisition and build‑out to ongoing maintenance, ensuring a safe and efficient environment for our delivery network.

Key responsibilities

• Manage real‑estate portfolio, facilities, and asset health while tracking performance KPIs for the local market.
• Oversee building maintenance, third‑party contracts, and conduct regular audits.
• Lead launch, relocation, and refurbishment of dark‑store locations, including site scouting, execution, and handover.
• Supervise contractors, control budgets, and ensure project quality through site visits.
• Handle permits, licences, and municipal approvals, maintaining compliance with zoning, safety and environmental regulations.
• Plan and schedule repairs and preventive maintenance, maintaining strong relationships with service providers.
• Identify and assess potential sites for stores and warehouses, negotiate leases and contracts.
• Drive process improvements and stay updated on facility‑management trends.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (Engineering preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in real‑estate and facility management, including project management.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and lead cross‑functional teams.
• Fluent in Urdu and English, both spoken and written.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Google Workplace.
