Key responsibilities

• Conceptualize and design seasonal fashion collections.
• Research and interpret fashion trends, fabrics, and market demands.
• Develop detailed design specifications and garment construction plans.
• Collaborate with production, merchandising, and sourcing teams to ensure design feasibility.
• Maintain design documentation and present collections to internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in the fashion industry.
• Strong understanding of fashion trends, fabrics, garment construction, and design development.
• Excellent creativity, communication, and organizational abilities.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in cross‑functional teams.
