About the role
We are seeking a confident and professional Female Guest Relations Officer to join our restaurant team in Karachi. The role focuses on delivering a warm, courteous, and memorable experience for every guest from arrival to departure.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome guests with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Address guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and effectively.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure high service standards throughout the guest journey.
- Maintain a polished appearance and uphold the restaurant’s brand image.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a Guest Relations Officer role or a similar customer‑facing position.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
- Smart, well‑groomed, and presentable personality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer‑focused, courteous, and able to resolve concerns professionally.
