Senior Manager Fraud Incident Management

About the role

The Bank of Punjab seeks an experienced Senior Manager to lead fraud incident management within its Fraud Risk Management Division. This position is based in Lahore and offers a long‑term career in a dynamic banking environment.

Key responsibilities

• Review preliminary assessments of reported fraud and forgery incidents and recommend further investigation or closure.
• Oversee timely completion of investigations within prescribed turnaround times and ensure reports meet quality and regulatory standards.
• Escalate significant fraud incidents to senior management and governance forums, and evaluate outcomes to identify control weaknesses.
• Conduct periodic reviews of fraud trends, typologies, emerging threats and loss patterns, recommending mitigation measures and control enhancements.
• Review bank policies, procedures, products and programs to embed adequate anti‑fraud controls.
• Monitor implementation of corrective actions, recovery efforts, and report unresolved matters to senior management.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on fraud‑related matters and track status of significant cases under litigation or regulator review.

Required profile

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree from an HEC‑recognized or foreign university.
• 7‑9 years of relevant banking experience, preferably in fraud risk or compliance.
• Age up to 55 years as of October 23, 2026.
