Field Marketing Officer – Pharmaceutical Sales

About the role

The Field Marketing Officer will drive sales and promotion strategies for Bayer's pharmaceutical brands in Lahore, aiming to increase market share and product growth. You will engage healthcare professionals (HCPs) through tailored, patient‑focused interactions and support the overall marketing plan.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve sales, volume, growth, market‑share and listing targets for assigned brands.
• Plan, orchestrate and execute HCP engagements aligned with the Multi‑Channel Cycle Plan (MCCP) using patient‑focused content.
• Record customer engagement activities in VEEVA CRM and leverage its functionality to enhance interactions.
• Monitor competitor activity and communicate insights to regional sales managers.
• Organise scientific updates such as CME events and scientific meetings for HCP groups.
• Continuously develop medical and clinical knowledge, brand strategy and competitive landscape awareness.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams, providing feedback on MCCP tactics and identifying new business opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, industry standards and Bayer’s code of conduct.

Required profile

• Science graduate (pharmacist preferred) with 3‑4 years of relevant experience.
• Effective communication skills and a motivated, adaptable attitude.
• Ability to work collaboratively and deliver results in a fast‑changing environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in VEEVA CRM for reporting and customer relationship management.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
