International Sales Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced International Sales Manager to lead our global expansion efforts from our Lahore office.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive international growth.
• Lead and manage a team of international sales representatives to achieve targets.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners across regions.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the company's presence in international markets.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to enhance performance.
• Coordinate with marketing to develop tailored promotional activities.
• Negotiate and close deals while ensuring profitability and policy compliance.
• Monitor and improve sales processes and provide feedback.
• Conduct market research on industry trends and competitors.
• Prepare and present sales reports to senior management.

Required profile

• Proven experience in international sales management (6–10 years, at least 4 years in a managerial role).
• Strong understanding of global market dynamics and business practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation abilities.
• Willingness to travel internationally as required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Business, Marketing or related field; Master’s preferred.
• Fluency in English is a strong advantage.
