Finance Business Partner - International Business

About the role

The Finance Business Partner – International Business will work closely with the Head of Financial Planning & Analysis to support the international division in achieving its financial and operational targets. This role provides critical financial planning, forecasting, analysis and reporting to guide decision‑making across the business.

Key responsibilities

• Support the financial reporting team by communicating required accruals and adjustments.
• Prepare monthly rolling forecasts for the profit & loss statement.
• Lead the annual budgeting process and produce quarterly forecast updates with all supporting schedules.
• Monitor functional and departmental spend against budget, highlighting material variances using system‑generated reports.
• Conduct primary and secondary sales analysis together with margin analysis to ensure financial objectives are met.
• Provide ad‑hoc analyses for complex decisions, present recommendations to senior management and act as the financial lead in cross‑functional teams.
• Review customer credit terms, product pricing and discounts to ensure compliance with approved limits and margin targets.

Required profile

• Professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACMA or ACCA).
• 3‑5 years of relevant finance experience, preferably in an international business environment.
