Finance Manager – On-site (Pakistan)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead the establishment and ongoing management of our financial systems. This on‑site role will be based in Pakistan and involves overseeing accounting, fund management, and tax compliance for a growing organization.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement the company’s financial system, covering accounting, fund management, tax matters and related processes.
• Review daily payments, manage accounts receivable and payable, maintain bookkeeping records, and prepare financial statements.
• Support statistical analysis and reporting for senior management.
• Handle all bank‑related activities, including opening, modifying, closing accounts and daily fund operations.

Required profile

• Fluent English communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Financial Management or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of financial management experience in large or medium‑size enterprises.
• Experience setting up a company and working with NBFCs is preferred.
• Self‑driven with strong responsibility, communication, coordination and team‑leadership abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with accounting software.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Competence in Microsoft Word.
