Finance Officer

About the role

Translation Empire, a leading translation and interpretation company, is seeking a Finance Officer to join its office in Rawalpindi. The successful candidate will support the finance team by handling invoicing, payroll, and client account management while ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Key responsibilities

• Process billing and oversee client accounts, creating and sending invoices.
• Follow up with clients to obtain required paperwork and resolve any discrepancies.
• Review numerical data for errors and perform payroll calculations, including forecasting and correction of under‑ or over‑payments.
• Maintain financial records by gathering, calculating, and inputting data accurately.
• Develop detailed knowledge of the company’s products and processes to support financial operations.
• Communicate with clients about outstanding timesheets and deadlines.

Required profile

• Fresh graduate or holder of a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Proficient in English with strong attention to detail.
• Deadline‑oriented and able to work independently in an office environment.
