Financial Analyst – Treasury & Cash Management

About the role

Avanceon is seeking a Financial Analyst to manage cash flow, treasury operations and financial reporting for its Pakistan and Middle East businesses. The role supports the finance team, commercial managers and senior leadership in making data‑driven decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily cash flow and forecasting for Pakistan and Middle East operations.
• Oversee local banking relationships, execute letters of credit, guarantees and other trade finance instruments.
• Coordinate receivables, payables and collections to optimise cash flow processes.
• Maintain accurate treasury records and produce regular treasury reports for the Finance Manager and Group CFO.
• Assist in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis for management decisions.
• Collaborate with commercial and finance managers to ensure accurate revenue recognition and timely invoicing.
• Analyse financial implications of contracts and projects, providing cost‑optimisation recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, regulatory policies and regional requirements.
• Act as liaison between Pakistan and Middle East finance teams, banks and external partners.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Finance or a related field.
• 3‑4 years of experience in finance, treasury or a similar role within a multinational or large organisation.
• Experience with Pakistan and/or Middle East markets is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of cash flow management, banking operations and treasury instruments.
• Solid understanding of regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements for the region.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills in a cross‑cultural environment.
