Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Executive

About the role

We are seeking an FP&A Executive to join our finance team. You will support the planning, budgeting and forecasting cycle, maintain financial models, track performance and turn data into actionable insights for leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Help build and update short‑ and long‑range financial forecasts and driver‑based models.
• Gather, organize and analyse financial and operational data to support forecasts, scenario planning and sensitivity testing.
• Coordinate the annual budget cycle, consolidate departmental inputs and produce variance reports.
• Prepare management reports, compare actual results against budget/forecast and explain gaps.
• Monitor key performance indicators, contribute to dashboards and conduct ad‑hoc financial analysis.
• Track departmental spending, identify cost‑saving opportunities and support margin profitability analysis.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field.
• Professional qualification preferred (ACCA, CA Inter, CMA, MBA Finance or equivalent).
• At least 2 years of experience in FP&A, budgeting, financial reporting or financial analysis (3–4 years preferred).
