Unit Head G2P Operations & Governance

About the role

The Unit Head G2P Operations & Governance leads planning, execution, and oversight of government-to-person (G2P) service delivery, ensuring compliance, financial integrity, and effective stakeholder coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Lead G2P program delivery, roadmap adherence, milestone tracking and field execution quality.
• Ensure financial compliance, timely reconciliations, disbursements and invoice processing.
• Drive performance reporting, maintain dashboards and highlight operational risks.
• Manage stakeholder relationships with government partners, financial institutions and internal teams.
• Own department governance framework, control checkpoints, SOPs and audit readiness.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Public Policy, Program Management or related field.
• 6–10 years progressive experience in operations, program delivery or G2P ecosystems with finance and compliance exposure.
• Proven ability to design and operate governance frameworks across multiple units.
• Experience managing statutory/donor audit cycles and remediation of control findings.

Required skills

• Strong command of project and operations management methodologies.
• Financial acumen for reconciliation and disbursement oversight.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
• Experience with project/governance management tools.
