Financial Planning and Analysis Supervisor

About the role

MGC is seeking a proactive Financial Planning and Analysis Supervisor to strengthen its finance team. The role focuses on delivering accurate budgets, forecasts and insightful financial analysis to support business decisions across multiple operating units.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain annual budgets and periodic forecasts.
• Develop and update financial models to evaluate business performance.
• Produce management information system (MIS) reports and management reporting packages.
• Conduct variance analysis and explain deviations to senior management.
• Design and maintain financial dashboards and key performance indicators.
• Leverage ERP data and business analytics tools to provide actionable insights.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in finance or FP&A.
• Professional qualification such as ACCA, ACA, ICMA, or CA finalist.
• Experience in retail, manufacturing, distribution or multi‑branch operations is strongly preferred.
