First Impressions Officer (Reception & Call Management)

About the role

The First Impressions Officer will be the first point of contact for all visitors and callers at ACE Properties’ Dream City office. The role combines front‑desk reception duties with telephone and call‑handling responsibilities, requiring a courteous attitude and strong problem‑solving skills.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and welcome visitors, direct them to the appropriate department and issue visitor badges.
• Maintain a visitor log and manage interviewee coordination.
• Answer, route and log incoming calls using the IP telephony system.
• Assist staff with routine IP‑dialing queries and provide guidance on call operations.
• Receive, sort and distribute daily couriers, keeping a log of all movements.
• Verify telephone line functionality and report any issues to the NSS department.
• Arrange and log conference calls across different locations and time zones.
• Support CCTV monitoring tasks as assigned.
• Maintain personal copies of the company telephone directory and other reference data.
• Perform typing, proofreading, data‑entry and other administrative tasks as required.
