Food and Beverage Manager

About the role

The Fred Company seeks a dynamic Food & Beverage Manager to lead the operations of its luxury hospitality and restaurant portfolio in Lahore. The role focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences, driving profitability, and building high‑performing teams.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of restaurants, cafés, and F&B outlets.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and increase revenue.
• Lead, coach, and motivate F&B teams to achieve operational excellence.
• Monitor food quality, service standards, hygiene, and compliance with health & safety regulations.
• Manage budgets, cost control, inventory, and supplier relationships.
• Analyze sales performance and implement initiatives to improve profitability.
• Coordinate with Executive Chef, Operations, Sales & Marketing, and other departments to ensure seamless service.
• Plan and execute promotions, seasonal menus, and special events.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• 6–8 years of progressive Food & Beverage management experience in hotels or premium restaurants.
• Strong leadership, financial and operational management abilities.
• Excellent communication and guest relationship management skills.
• Sound knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
