Founder's Associate

About the role

Datum Labs is hiring a Founder's Associate to work directly with its founders. The role turns ideas from leadership discussions into clear plans and makes sure they get done across the company, covering strategy, operations, hiring, delivery and business development. It suits someone who wants real ownership and close exposure to leadership, and can grow into Head of Operations, Chief of Staff or another senior leadership role as the company scales. It is a hybrid role based in Lahore.

Key responsibilities

• Work with the founders on the company's highest-priority initiatives and turn ideas into structured execution plans with owners and deadlines.
• Track leadership commitments and coordinate cross-functional projects, spotting bottlenecks early.
• Run special projects across different parts of the business.
• Support quarterly objectives, track goals, KPIs and operational metrics, and prepare reports, dashboards and presentations for leadership.
• Research markets, competitors, vendors and the industry, evaluate tools and technologies, and review internal processes for improvement.
• Coordinate interviews and hiring, support onboarding, and prepare meeting agendas, notes and follow-ups.

Required profile

• 1-4 years of professional experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Economics or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication, organization and project management skills.
• Analytical, problem-solving mindset and comfort with ambiguity and multiple priorities.
• Good to have: startup, consulting, operations or tech company experience; familiarity with ClickUp, Asana, Jira or Notion; experience preparing reports or analysing business data.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Google Workspace and modern productivity tools.
