Framer Developer

About the role

We are seeking a talented Framer Developer to turn high‑fidelity Figma designs into fast, responsive, and interactive websites. You will work remotely with a dynamic startup team, delivering pixel‑perfect web experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Develop responsive websites using Framer.
• Convert Figma designs into pixel‑perfect Framer projects.
• Build reusable components and scalable page structures.
• Create smooth interactions, animations, and micro‑interactions.
• Optimize sites for speed, SEO, accessibility, and performance.
• Integrate forms, CMS collections, custom code, and third‑party tools.
• Ensure cross‑browser compatibility and responsive behavior across devices.
• Collaborate with designers and project managers throughout the project lifecycle.
• Troubleshoot bugs and continuously improve website quality.

Required profile

• 1+ year of experience working with Framer.
• Strong understanding of responsive web design and design systems.
• Experience converting Figma designs into production‑ready websites.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
