Freelance Marketplace Growth Associate – Fiverr (Onsite)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Freelance Marketplace Growth Associate to manage our Fiverr operations on‑site in Rawalpindi. The role involves handling client communications, coordinating project delivery, and driving the growth of our freelance marketplace sales.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate daily with clients through Fiverr and respond to new inquiries.
• Understand project requirements and prepare custom offers.
• Follow up leads to maximize conversion and manage active orders.
• Coordinate with designers, developers, and marketers to ensure timely delivery.
• Address client feedback, revisions, and maintain high satisfaction.
• Monitor Fiverr account performance, update gig information and portfolios.
• Research competitors and identify growth opportunities.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience handling Fiverr accounts.
• Strong understanding of Fiverr’s platform and client management process.
• Excellent written English communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and client conversations simultaneously.
• Organizational and problem‑solving abilities.
