Freelance Recruiter (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a Freelance Recruiter to support a global client in scaling its technology and marketing teams. This remote, contract position focuses on sourcing, screening, and engaging candidates across multiple geographies, ensuring timely and quality hires.

Key responsibilities

• Source qualified candidates using job boards, social platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Boolean search techniques.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone or video interviews to evaluate skills, cultural fit, and compensation expectations.
• Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and maintain clear communication throughout the process.
• Partner with stakeholders to refine job descriptions, postings, and selection criteria.
• Manage candidate pipelines in applicant tracking systems, updating records at each recruitment stage.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of full‑cycle recruiting experience in technology or marketing environments.
• Proven ability to work independently in a remote setting and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills across diverse cultures and time zones.
