Freight Dispatcher (Hybrid Model & Open-Book Transparency)

About the role

We are looking for a self‑motivated Freight Dispatcher who thrives on transparency and autonomy. You will join a fast‑growing logistics company that operates with an open‑book policy and a hybrid work model, allowing you to work both from the office and remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Strategically book and dispatch loads to maximize route efficiency and profitability.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for drivers and carriers, resolving issues in real time.
• Negotiate rates with brokers and shippers using full visibility into load rates and margins.
• Track performance data, analyze lane profitability, and suggest operational improvements.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in freight dispatching (TL, LTL, Reefer, or Flatbed preferred).
• Comfortable using transportation management systems and load boards.
• Excellent communication skills with drivers, brokers, and internal teams.
• Strong problem‑solving mindset and ability to anticipate challenges.

Required skills

• TMS (Transportation Management System) proficiency
• Experience with DAT load board
• Experience with Truckstop load board
